The Role:

A full-service law firm in Chichester are currently looking for a solicitor to join their busy team, to deal with a range of Family and Civil matters to include Divorce and Separation, Dissolution of Civil Partnerships, Divorces and Financial Disputes, Civil Partnership matters, Cohabitation Agreements and Non-Molestation Orders.

In addition, you will be required to assist the Civil Litigation team, broadening your scope and allowing you to gain involvement with Consumer and Contract claims, Building Disputes, Professional Negligence, Debt Recovery and Personal Injury matters.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will be a qualified Solicitor ideally 2-3 years PQE, with solid Family law experience on a range of matters. You will be able to deal with your own caseload of Family matters with minimal supervision. Experience within Civil Litigation would be advantageous.

You will have excellent IT, communication and organisational skills, in addition to having a great eye for detail and a genuine passion for Family law. A good problem-solving approach and solid technical abilities are essential.
