An ambitious Private Client Solicitor or FCILEx is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a highly regarded, established Durham area law firm recognised by the Legal 500 for its expertise and high levels of service delivery. Applications are invited from client focused Private Client Solicitors with upwards of 2 PQE who are motivated to build out their Private Client expertise alongside an experienced and top rated Partnership team. Salary is upwards £30,000 with comprehensive benefits and excellent prospects for fast track career progression.

The successful Solicitor or FCILEx will join a friendly, mid sized Private Client team delivering the highest levels of service to an expanding, Durham and Teesside client base. The day to day will be varied and offer plenty of challenge, lots of face to face, taking instructions, providing expert opinion and advice on Wills, the Creation and Administration of Trusts including Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Tax Planning, Estate Administration, Applications to the Court of Protection, and Assisting and Advising Attorneys and Court of Protection appointed Deputies.The successful Private Client Solicitor will also be involved in the planning and delivery of business development activities, new ideas always welcome. Full training and development will be delivered on a team and individual level.
