The Role
Senior Commercial Property Lawyer required to join a leading team in the heart of Central London.
You will join as part of a Nationally regarded department, alongside a Partner who is ranked in the Legal 500 as one of the top real estate Lawyers.
You will deal with a broad range of work, which will make for a much more interesting role.
The client base will include; Large PLC's, Government bodies, Pension and investment funds, Landed estates and Developers.
The role will see you working with a broad range of clients and a variety of Real Estate matters, making for a more interesting role.
The caseload will also include; Acquisitions and disposals, Investment and Landlord and tenant.
You will get a high level of client contact and good support, and of course, progression.
Requirements:
- England & Wales qualified Solicitor in Commercial Property
- Attention to detail and ability to see issues from a commercial perspective.
- Keen, driven and ambitious attitude to provide the highest levels of services to clients
