JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ – 4 PQE
LOCATION: Manchester

THE ROLE:
The Construction Solicitor will join a thriving team, handling a varied and complex caseload of predominantly contentious construction work, as well as getting involved in some non-contentious advisory matters. You will gain excellent exposure to a diverse client base, ranging from contractors and developers to public sector bodies; conducting work across large scale commercial developments, engineering, infrastructure and energy matters. You will be confident liaising with partners and high value clients, conducting cross-departmental work across various legal disciplines.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Construction Solicitor will have up to 4 years’ PQE in Construction law and motivated to take your career to the next level with a market leading law firm. You will be experienced in a broad range of construction matters, with a track record of thriving in challenging and dynamic environments. Displaying a keen interest in construction matters and global legal trends, you will be passionate about providing an excellent client service through the strengthening of new and existing client relationships. Committed to promoting the firm’s image in and out of the work place, a passion for business development is a necessity for this role.
