RTA FRAUD FEE EARNER - BOLTON

RTA Fraud Paralegal - A opportunity has arisen within this growing motor fraud team to focus on a range of work including LVI and phantom passenger cases. The matters are mainly pre-litigated and fast track litigated files.

  • Reports to: Head of Motor Fraud
  • Previous Experience: Experience of pre-litigated and fast track motor fraud experience would be ideal.

THE RTA FRAUD TEAM IN MORE DETAIL

The RTA Fraud department covers all manner of fraud work from LVI work right up to complex multi track work including organised fraud rings. This team has grown to a considerable size and now is one of the dominant players in the market deploying a range of exceptional technical expertise as well as state of the art IT resources.
