Job Title: Commercial Conveyancing Locum

Job reference: PEB/3689310

Job description: A Private firm in the North East of England has approached Venn Group’s Legal team to recruit a Commercial Conveyancing Locum to join their team in the office to start ASAP. This role is for 3 – 4 weeks.

The successful candidate will have experience with:

  • Handled property transactions relating to small to medium business transfers including small shop leases
  • Handled both registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold matters
  • Concluded commercial property cases and leases relating to landlord and tenant issues
