A stellar client has a standout opportunity for a Rural Property solicitor in its Aberdeen team.
You will be advising a range of clients based in the North East and Highlands, but will also be acting for clients elsewhere in Scotland.
You will preferably be 2+ PQE. However, those at the more junior NQ level will have enjoyed at least 6 months in a rural/agricultural law role. This firm rarely advertises vacancies at this level within this division, so an early note of interest is recommended for this outstanding opportunity.
You will be providing advice to a variety of clients, ranging from estate owners and farmers to rural property developers. Your caseload will include a mix of agricultural leasing (acting for both landlord and tenant), renewable energy projects, equestrian law, dispute resolution and working closely with the firm’s Private Client team in tax and estate planning activities for agricultural and rural clients.
A competitive remuneration package on offer, along with benefits.
For more information, call Briony Hannah or apply now with an updated CV.
