Data Protection Specialist/Lawyer

I am currently working alongside a high-profile advertising and communications brand in their search for a data protection specialist to join them on an initial six month contract.

The company themselves own a substantial number of advertising sites across the UK and work closely with a range of household names to deliver well placed, effective, Out of Home advertising.

The hire has come about due to the recent roll out of a new digital product which has in turn led to a number of data protection requirements. The role will involve:

• Data protection impact assessments
• Negotiating and drafting contracts

Our client is open to applicants from a range of positions, including:

• Qualified data protection lawyers of at least 2PQE
• Data protection officers (DPOs)
• Senior Compliance professionals

Potential applicants must have demonstrable experience dealing with data protection matters, specifically the processes and proceudres surrounding GDPR and be comfortable drafting a range of contracts arising from impact assessments.
