Corporate Knowledge Paralegal
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join the Corporate Knowledge team at a leading international law firm, in London.
The Paralegal’s responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining data on aspects of market practice and fees on corporate transactions
- Preparing agendas and minutes for meetings involving corporate PSL's and know-how users forum
- Drafting communication to fee earners
- Co-ordinating the collection of Corporate precedents that have been created by fee earners
The successful Paralegal’s skills and experience:
- LPC secured, 2:1 degree holder
- Currently working either within a Corporate Transactional Team or a Knowledge Team
This is a great opportunity for a Paralegal to assist fee earners with precedent searches and provide daily assistance for Professional Support Lawyers (PSL). This position is for a 12 month fixed term contract.
