LAW Absolute are working with a top 20 law firm based in Liverpool who are looking for a Construction paralegal to join them.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Collateral warranties,
  • Responsible for producing suites of engrossment form construction legal documentation,
  • Project manage the completion process,
  • Correspond with other parties,
  • Draft documents.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2.1 or equivalent at degree level and ideally have completed the LPC.

It is essential you have a minimum of 6 months’ experience within Construction, experience in drafting correspondence to clients and carrying out legal research.
