Litigation Locum
Outside IR35 - £35 - 45 LTD.
Imminent start date
A role has arisen at a large local authority in Warwickshire to join their in house legal services team. As a locum litigation solicitor you will join an established team which specialises in all areas of litigation, both criminal and civil. You must be an experienced solicitor (or equivalent) and be able to work remotely with minimum supervision.
As a locum litigation solicitor you will cover a range of civil and criminal litigation work. The primary focus of the job shall entail working on litigation cases related to police work. This will enable you to develop strong working relationships with your main client, and you will be assisted by a supportive, experienced team and admin support. Cases shall include matter such as:
- Proceeds of crime civil applications
- Closure orders
- Sexual harm prevention orders
- Disclosure orders in family proceedings
- Applications under the Antisocial Behaviour Crime and Policing Act
- Traveller possessions
- Housing litigation experience would be advantageous
