Conveyancing Case Handler | St Albans

My client, an established full-service law firm in St. Albans, are currently looking for a Case Handler to join their busy Conveyancing team on a permanent basis, to assist in the progression of client files under direction, as well as providing administrative assistance to the team.
The role will involve assisting Conveyancers to bill all matters accurately, to ensure that all work meets company standard, ordering documents from Land Registry and requesting title papers, as well as other post-completion matters such as SDLT forms and Land Registry applications.
To be considered for this position, you will already have knowledge and experience working in a Conveyancing team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, as well as solid IT skills including a good typing speed and accuracy.
Working as part of a busy team, you will need to possess the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload. Organisational skills will be paramount.
