Locum Commercial Property Lawyer

Surrey

£35-45 per hour

Immediate Start

Locum Commercial Property Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in Surrey on a remote working basis for a period of three to six months initially.

You will be joining a large commercial property team and will be particularly assisting a Senior Lawyer on a particular development project alongside undertaking routine commercial property matters. You will be assisting with some complex title reports and title registration alongside some more complex and routine property matters such as leases, licenses, acquisitions and disposals.

This is a great opportunity to get involved with a real range of work as the authority is currently working on a wide range of projects and developments. Our client is happy for the role to be completely remote working for the duration of the assignment.

Our client is keen to hear from candidates that have experience either from a local authority or a private practice background. Those who are looking for a long term opportunity are also encouraged to apply.

For more information or a confidential chat, please contact Chelsey Newsom.
