COSTS NEGOTIATOR / BUDGETER - BOLTON
Costs - this highly regarded top 50 law firm is looking for a costs fee earner to manage a caseload of costs matters arising out of portal and fixed costs matters.
KEY FACTS

- Reports to: Head of Costs
- Previous Experience: Any previous costs experience would be useful, but is not essential. The successful candidate will be able to review and evaluate files and identify issues to help build the initial costs strategy. You will also be engaged in telephone negotiation and must liaise with other parties, including insurers where necessary.
RTA and EL/PL work
The successful candidate will work within the larger costs team which handles all costs matters arising out of RTA and EL/PL matters. In particular, you will deal with costs matters relating to cases on the MOJ Portal where the costs are fixed.
