The Role

Corporate Commercial Lawyer to join Legal 500 firm in Chippenham

Offering the highest quality of service to business based in Wiltshire and nationally and due to ongoing success and growth, the firm requires a 2+ PQE Lawyer to join a fast-paced, energetic and high performing team.

The commercial team works closely with other departments to truly provide a full spectrum service, often engaging with colleagues in Real Estate to ensure client needs to exceeded. and anticipated for the future

Being a varied role, you will support clients in buying and selling businesses, arrange shareholder and partnership agreements, and draft terms of business and sundry commercial contracts and company administration. Having prior exposure to Commercial Property would be advantageous, but not isn't a prerequisite.

The team's remit is expanding following continued referrals from longstanding clients, with new clients being drawn to the unit via word-of-mouth and networking activities. As such, utilising the opportunity to engage in new business whilst working to the highest degree of quality is paramount.

The Requirements

• 2+ years fee earning experience within Corporate Commercial law, there is no PQE ceiling
• Successful business development to expand your own and the team's remit and reputation
• Meticulous attention to detail
