THE ROLE
A Practice Development Lawyer is now sought to join the M&A team.
You will be responsible for a wide range of matters including Knowledge Strategy, where your role will be to influence overall firm Practice Development strategy.
The role will also encompass Legal Expertise and Know-How, Practice and Business Development, Content and Channel Management and Training.
ABOUT YOU
An experienced corporate M&A lawyer, from a top City or US law firm, you will ideally already be working as a PDL.
Alternatively you may have covered some elements of PDL work as a fee earner and now be looking to move formally into the Knowledge arena.
