Our client is a long established and successful legal practice with offices based in Taunton, Minehead, Dulverton and Williton which specialise in Property, Family, Private Client and Dispute matters. Our client deals with high quality work and prioritises its clients and encourages its employees to progress in their legal career to their full potential.

This firm have had an influx of work within the Private Client sector and are seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join their Private Client department on a permanent basis in their Minehead or Dulverton offices.

This excellent opportunity for a Private Client Fee Earner will allow you to progress and train with highly experienced Senior professionals within the business. You will also be responsible for the supervision of your own Paralegal / Assistant.

Your responsibilities and duties will include handling a busy and varied Private Client caseload from inception to completion including:

* Powers of Attorney

* Wills

* Probate

* Administration of Estates

You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience handling a caseload within Private Client and can do so confidently and independently.
