Residential Conveyancer | Exeter
Our client, a well-established legal practice located in Exeter are seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their expending department on a permanent basis.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will have a minimum of 3 years' experience handling a high-volume caseload from inception to completion dealing with the following:
* Sales & Purchase
* Freehold / Leasehold
* Right to Buy
* New Build
* Transfer of Equity
You will have the ability to grow and maintain client relationships and provide a high-quality service to clients.
The salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience.
