Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced law costs draftsman or costs negotiator to join a reputable firm at their office in London.
You will be joining an established team of costs lawyers, draftsmen and negotiators with offices nationwide. The team deal with a vast range of different services, allowing you the opportunity to work across several sectors dealing with high quality costs work.
You will be responsible for:
- Drafting and preparing bills, costs budgets and points of reply/ dispute
- Drafting estimates of costs, allocation questionnaires and pre-trial checklists
- Negotiation of bills
- Court attendance
- Providing expert advice
- Assisting junior members of the team
The role would suit established costs specialists who hold a minimum of 2 years' hands on costs experience.
Salary highly negotiable, commensurate to experience.
