A highly ranked legal 500 and chambers listed commercial firm with a national presence are looking to add to their agricultural property team in Cambridge. 

The agricultural property team at this firm is regarded as being one of the leading specialist departments in the whole of the UK. The team act on behalf of  national and international agricultural businesses, landowners, banks, charities and local authorities on a broad range of matters in relation to agricultural land and property.

The firm are looking for lawyers experienced in this specialist area and it is likley the successful candiate will be able to demonstrate upwards of 3 years PQE of working in a similalrly highly regarded agriculture team.

The work the department attracts will be of excellent commercial quality and they are often trusted in respect of big ticket, high value matters including land or property sales and purchases, agricultural leases,  planning and development matters, investment in rural/equestrian estates, rights of way and environmental liabilities.

The role will be based in the firms central Cambridge office but flexibility in terms of some remote working will be considered for suitably qualified applicants.

This firm will offer a salary which will be based on experience but that will be right at the top end of the market rate for the area and will be part of an excellent overall benefits package including bonus schemes, pension, generous holidays, private healthcare and much more
