Dispute Resolution Lawyer

Barrister/Solicitor-Advocate – high-value cross-border commercial litigation work – British Virgin Islands

This role offers a junior/mid-level lawyer the opportunity to join a small, high-performing team advising on a wide range of complex cross-border commercial and financial services disputes. You will be doing challenging and interesting work in a collegiate environment, alongside some of the most respected senior lawyers in the market. There will be every opportunity to take on responsibility and no shortage of client contact, ideal for an ambitious lawyer who is keen to build their skills and experience more quickly than might be possible in a large onshore practice.

You will need at least two years’ relevant experience from a good law firm or chambers, and you will have some advocacy experience along with a desire to gain more. Admission in England & Wales is essential.

Process

Interviews will take place by videoconference with start dates typically four to six months later. Our clients provide comprehensive assistance with visas and relocation, including temporary accommodation and car hire on arrival.
