Our client, one of the largest law firms in Cornwall are seeking to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy department located in their Camborne office on a permanent basis.

The ideal Conveyancing Fee Earner will have a minimum of 2 years' experience handling a varied Residential Conveyancing caseload from inception to completion with limited supervision. You will have experience in the following:

* Right to Buy

* Freehold / leasehold

* Sales & Purchase

* Re-mortgages

* New builds

* Transfer of equity
