Clinical Negligence Legal Executive / Solicitor | St Austell, Cornwall

Our client, a professional and long-established legal practice located in Cornwall are seeking to recruit an experienced Clinical Negligence Legal Executive to join their expanding team in their St Austell office on a permanent basis.

The ideal Legal Executive will have a minimum of 3 years Fee Earning experience with a Personal Injury / Clinical Negligence background handing a complex caseload from instruction to completion and has the ability to hit the ground running with limited supervision. You will have experience dealing with the following:

* Injury during pregnancy

* Botched cosmetic surgery

* Surgical errors

* Misdiagnosis or failure to spot life changing diseases

* Failure to inform you of risks of procedures

This fantastic opportunity will allow the successful Fee Earner to progress in their legal career with support and training provided, discount on services and bonus scheme on top of a competitive salary.
