Conveyancer

JDI Legal are currently instructed on behalf of a long standing high street firm based in South Tyneside to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer.

With a strong high street presence, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced conveyancing fee earner, to join a friendly traditional firm and be part of a small dedicated team who are committed to delivering a high rate of client care. The caseload will be purely private and consist of your full range of transactions of sales, purchase, right to buy, remortgage from instruction to post completion with the benefit of some secretarial support. 

The successful individual will inherit an existing caseload of circa 60 matters and deal with around 4-6 completions per week.

Partners are willing to consider a range of experience from experienced paralegals to ilex or solicitor.

Ideally the role will be full time but 4 days may also be considered.
