The Role

The firm are seeking a commercially minded Family Lawyer to join this leading Legal500 ranked team in their Cambridge office.

Due to the nature of this role, there is flexibility on offer; meaning they are able to shape the role around your preference and your strengths. Whether you would like to be in a fee earning focused role, or reduce the amount of time fee earning to look at team strategy, management and development as a senior member within the firm.

You will have access to all the latest tech and systems allowing you to focus on the more enjoyable and profitable aspects of the role; the team is brimming with talented Solicitors ready to assist, and you will also be provided with a dedicated support team.

The department covers all areas of private Family Law including:

• Divorce
• Financial Disputes
• Children
• Prenuptial and Postnuptial agreements
• Civil Partnerships and Injunctions

If you are an experienced Lawyer seeking the opportunity to work on an existing and varied portfolio meanwhile building your own client base - this firm will work with you closely to facilitate this offering full support to ensure your future within the firm. Requirements

• You will be a Family Lawyer or Partner with 5 PQE +
• (There is no upper limit in PQE)
• Experience of managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
• You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
