Within the firm's international multi-disciplinary projects practice which covers construction, project development, acquisition and financing across the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors (both UK and international).
This is a highly acclaimed and collegiate projects group, where you will be working alongside several leading projects lawyers and the real estate team.
The role offers an opportunity to be involved with multi-billion-pound projects with prestigious clients as well as interesting and complex work for government agencies.
ABOUT YOU
A construction lawyer with 3-6pqe gained at a City or national law firm, your expertise should include construction contracts, negotiation of appointments and warranties, construction due diligence as part of real estate acquisition, disposal and development transactions, construction input into real estate finance transactions, input into the negotiation of development agreements and, ideally, experience dealing with EPCs
