Our client is a property specialist law firm in Cheltenham with an excellent reputation and an enviable client base. The firm has been expanding continuously and sustainably over the past two years and have the capacity to add an experienced conveyancer to their team, working directly with a Partner.
The firm itself has an excellent structure and good provision of support to their fee earners. If successful, you would be given responsibility for a significant client file, with predominately new build work. While the new build sector has not been affected by the Stamp Duty holiday, this has been a key area of growth. The firm has strong links with property developers and are keen to employ someone who will seek to nurture their current relationships and develop new ones.
