This Leeds City centre Top 200 firm are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their Legal 500 recognised Employment Team.
The right lawyer will have around 3-5 years’ experience of dealing with a respondent caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
This role has come about due to expansion to the team which currently consists of 2 Partners, 3 Solicitors and one trainee.
The firm act for a number of well-known retailers and national businesses as well as more regional and local SME’s. You will be advising on a broad range of employment law matters from contracts of employment, compromise agreements, redundancies, disciplinary procedures and TUPE. Contentious matters include inc unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract, and equal pay.
Ideally you will have worked at a large regional or national practice, although those from smaller strong boutiques with good respondent experience would also be well suited.
