The Role

You will be working as part of a highly skilled team of commercial property solicitors. Based in our clients Lincoln office this role would be ideal for a solicitor or associate looking to join a leading legal 500 law firm.

Our client's is a full service multi office law firm looking to expanded there well-established commercial property team, there has never been a better time to join this fantastic team

There is already an existing case load available and our client is looking for a candidate who can really hit the round running. The role will require you to conduct and manage your own cases from initial instruction through to conclusion; assist in marketing and business development of the department and firm. Deal with all types of non-contentious property transactions, including; leasehold and freehold acquisitions, leases and renewals, licenses to assign, sub-letting and surrendering leases. Acquisitions & disposals and landlord & tenant and development files.

We would also be keen to hear from those at Senior level with a desire to progress.
