Debt Capital Markets Lawyer
Our client is an international law firm and they seek an experienced Debt Capital Markets Lawyer to join them on a temporary basis for 3 months.
Applications are sought from experienced Debt Capital Markets Lawyers with upwards of two years PQE gained at a City firm, that are available at short notice.
The role will involve advising on all aspects of debt capital markets transactions in both established and emerging markets, including Regulations and Rule 144A issues of securities for corporate, financial institution, sovereign and supranational issues.
Generous day rate on offer depending on experience.
