FS Regulatory Solicitor
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an interim FS Regulatory Solicitor within a highly regarded International City law firm. The role is for 3-6 months initially.
The FS Regulatory practice is highly ranked in the Legal 500.
The FS Regulatory Solicitor’s responsibilities:
- Dealing with Banking & Finance queries coming into the team, particularly around MiFID advice
- Extensive communication with the firms' international offices
- Working very closely with the partners as part of a collaborative team
The successful FS Regulatory Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- 2+ years’ PQE
- Financial regulatory experience at a highly regarded Top 200 or international City law firm
- Experience in funds, collective investment schemes, payment services and/or electronic money would be a distinct advantage
