An exciting new opportunity for an experienced IT, data protection and privacy lawyer with 5 years+ pqe to join this market leading national firm.
Joining this specialist team to focus on commercial IT and Technology work, data protection and privacy law, you'll be responsible for delivering complex IT/Technology contracts and agreements including SaaS contracts, software development contracts, ICT outsourcing and BPO as well as working on cutting edge data projects for clients with interests in a wide range of sectors. The team advises on data protection and privacy work covering risk and compliance, GDPR implementation and general contractual, transactional and advisory work.
You will have at least 5 years experience as a commercial IT / data protection lawyer which will include advising on IT/Technology and/or e-commerce contracts and data privacy issues and you will be someone who enjoys client interaction and helping to develop new business.
