Your new role
This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you take on a role to head and manage the department as well as run your own caseload. You will deal with the day to day management of a good sized team, deal with the strategy, planning and direction of the department and play an active role in work winning and practice development.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a commercial litigation lawyer at senior associate, legal director or partner level. Your skill set and management skills are more important than a client following although if you do have a client following this will influence the remuneration on offer.
