Childcare Solicitor
West Yorkshire
This friendly, regional West Yorkshire practice are on looking for a Childcare Solicitor to join their team in Leeds.
The Firm has been a well-known fixture throughout West Yorkshire for many years and has an excellent reputation.
The successful candidate will be joining a small and successful team dealing with a caseload of publicly funded matters including care & supervision, interim Care Orders, EPOs, guardianship and adoption. The caseload will also include a number of domestic violence cases. Experience of the Legal Aid system and the ability to handle your own caseload dealing with this type of work will be required to be considered for this role.
Ideally the right candidate will be a member of The Law Societies Children Panel.
Due to the nature of the work involved you must be personable with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and will be a confident advocate.
The firm will pay a competitive salary dependent on experience and offer good benefits.
