RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – 3+PQE – BERKSHIRE/HOMEWORKING - £EXCELLENT – JOB REF:3368
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading team and practice that operates on a national level. You will work as part of a cohesive team with full secretarial and admin support. The team structure offers colleagues that will open all files and those that deal with the exchange and all post completion matters. You will be expected to be able to handle a volume of conveyancing matters – sometimes up to 100 files at a time. The successful Residential Conveyancer will be either a Solicitor, Legal Executive, a Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or qualified by experience. With full admin support (1:1) and support with opening and closing files, you must be comfortable with managing a busy, volume caseload.
