Professional Negligence & Litigation Solicitor – Our client, a modern, forward thinking law firm, offering a variety of legal services have asked us to assist them in finding a further ambitious litigation solicitor to join them.
About the Role
The team act for a wide range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and insolvency practitioners. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a clear knowledge of civil litigation, ideally with experience of professional negligence, financial services and insolvency. A proven track record of running and successfully litigating these from inception to trial is essential.
Candidate Requirements
This is an excellent opportunity to join a practice at an exciting stage in their development as they are looking to grow the litigation department. You will be a critical hire and heavily involved with growing the team. You will therefore need at least 3 years+ relevant experience, be highly organised, self-motivated, comfortable in managing a small team and working well under pressure.
