New opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer to take a lead role with this well established Warwickshire firm.
Due to succession planning, our client seeks to appoint a senior commercial property solicitor with a minimum of 6-7 years experience handling some or all of commercial acquisitions, disposals, leases, asset management and landlord & tenant work.
Working on behalf of a range of established clients and picking up on a busy caseload, you'll be responsible for advising on a range of commercial property transactions from the outset. This role would suit an experienced associate or senior associate looking for autonomy and the chance to play a key role in a busy commercial property department based in the heart of Warwickshire.
