Job description: A Local Authority in the North East of England has approached Venn Group’s Legal team to recruit a Civil Litigator Locum to join their team via a fully remote basis.
The successful candidate will have experience with:
- Responding to Letters of Claim
- Instructing experts
- Quantifying the claim and negotiating settlements with the other side
