Theresa Lucas, a member of eNL’s specialist Midlands Private Practice team, is currently recruiting for a 2+ years Family Solicitor/Legal Executive to join a busy team in Warwickshire.

JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor/Legal Executive
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years
LOCATION: Warwickshire
SALARY: Market Rate

THE ROLE:
The successful Family Solicitor/Legal Executive will sit within a busy Family Department, supporting a highly regarded Equity Partner with a caseload of Divorce and Finance cases. You will become an integral part of the team, progressing a variety of cases both financial and family law based on policy and legislation work, with a range of complexities and will have your own fee earning targets to achieve. You will undertake specialist and technical research/analysis in order to develop your knowledge and offering within the department.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive able to handle your own caseload. You will demonstrate solid understanding and basic knowledge of Family law and have experience managing a portfolio. Confident working independently and as part of a team, you will boast strong communication skills and hold accountability for organising your own caseload.
