Badenoch and Clark are representing an award-winning financial services organisation. The company holds social values and the community at its core and has been growing rapidly over the past decade. The increase in demand has created a need within the companies legal function which has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lawyer.
Duties;
- Draft, review, negotiate a range of commercial contracts including; IT, software, customer, supplier
- Develop, implement and update legal policies, procedures and standard templates.
- Support with data protection and privacy matters
- Managing internal and external stakeholders appropriately
- Advising on AML and compliance matters
- Mitigating risk in all areas of the organisation
The post holder;
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Robust and resilient individual who can work autonomously and as part of a wider team
- Good communicator and can speak in clear legal terms to a range of stakeholders
- Pragmatic in their approach to picking up new areas of law
