Costs Lawyer - London

Chadwick Nott are recruiting for a Costs Lawyer for a new opportunity in London.

Our client is a leading National law firm, and this role will involve managing a personal injury and commercial litigation costs caseload.

You must have at least 3 years' experience in costs litigation, ideally from both a claimant and defendant perspective. You will have experience in drafting budgets, bills of costs, Points of Dispute, replies and schedules as well as negotiation. Advocacy experience would be desirable but is not essential.
