Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced law costs draftsman/ costs lawyer to join a renowned law firm at their office in London.
You will be responsible for drafting schedules, costs budgets, points of disputes, bills and replies aswell as assessing bills, attending hearings and negotiating settlements for costs relating to large loss cases reserved at a minimum of £500,000.
The role would suit an experienced draftsman or lawyer who can demonstrate a minimum of 3 years' costs litigation experience.
Candidates that are able to demonstrate advocacy skills, claimant and defendant costs litigation experience will be at an advantage, though this is not essential.
Salary commensurate to experience.
