Fantastic opportunity to join a top Kent firm offering an excellent package, flexible working and a quality caseload! We have been asked by our client, a highly regarded Kent practice known for their outstanding service and legal knowledge, to find them a further commercial property solicitor to join their team on a part time basis.
About the Role
The commercial team act for a diverse client base ranging from commercial clients to HNW individuals, offering a fantastic range and degree of work. You will be advising and acting on commercial property acquisitions and disposals, leases, licenses, property management work, development agreements and options. They estimate the caseload to be suitable for someone to work on a 3 or 4 days a week basis.
Candidate Requirements
They are now interested in seeing the CV’s of Solicitors or Legal Executives with 3 years experience in handling a wide range of commercial transactions and who can continue to uphold their excellent reputation amongst their client base. You will need to have a good head for marketing and business development, whilst showcasing an organised approach to your work.
