The Role

3-7 PQE Property Litigation Associate/Senior Associate to join Legal 500, Top 100 team in Bristol

Joining one of the largest and robust Property Litigation teams in the UK with a client book ranging from housebuilders, national brands, FTSE 250 firms, and numerous public sector entities.

Working closely with a Partner, you will be responsible for matters concerning Landlord and Tenant, Developments, Acquisitions, Trespass Orders, Possessions and Leasehold Enfranchisement to name a few

The team is balanced, national in scope, and continually growing based on ongoing success. You will maintain a client-focused approach, be committed to providing a winning service, and expand the team's offering via business development.

• 3+ PQE experience within contentious property matters, ideally representing larger organisations.
