Litigation Solicitor - A further versatile, hardworking litigation solicitor is now needed by this highly regarded 12 Partner+ Kent firm.
About the Role
Based at their West Kent office you will be joining an experienced team where you will need to show a detailed understanding of general civil litigation, commercial litigation with a strong emphasis of property litigation. This will include:
- Commercial Disputes
- Employment Disputes (both Applicant and Respondent)
- Contractual Disputes
- Landlord & tenant disputes
- Inheritance Act claims and Will disputes
- Property disputes
- Property rights of way disputes
- Party wall and building disputes
Candidate Requirements
You will ideally need to have:
- 4 years relevant PQE+
- Strong marketing skills
- Team management experience
- Organised and able to use initiative
- Proven track record
