A multi-award-winning practice ranked in the Top 50 is looking to hire a Senior Associate Solicitor or Partner for its construction team. Based in the City of London, the role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Construction Senior Associate / Partner role is to be based in the heart of the City of London; however, they have a network of offices throughout Europe and the Middle East with 10% of their Lawyers currently based overseas. The firm is known globally for its extensive client network of ultra HNW individuals and privately and publicly owned businesses.

The practice is multi-service but is particularly well-known for wealth management services and offers a refreshing alternative to the larger, more conventional business law firms.

The Role

As the Partner / Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of a highly ranked team that has many Lawyers listed as leaders in their field in the Legal 500, working with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.

The firm is busy on both the contentious and non-contentious sides, so is looking for candidates on either side; depending on your strengths the team will be able to fit around you.

The department mainly acts for commercial clients across a wide range of business sectors, but with a particular emphasis on real estate developers, property investment companies, contractors, and major engineering consultancies. They also advise high net worth individuals when undertaking high value residential construction projects.

The Requirements

The firm looks to hire a Construction Lawyer who demonstrates:

• At least 7 years’ PQE (there is no upper limit regarding experience)
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Experience of managing a team is of advantage but not essential
• Excellent communication skills

Salary & Benefits

At £85,000 - £100,000 per annum, the salary on offer is very competitive and above market rate. You will also receive an industry leading benefits package.
