Hull or York office 

I am working with a strong, well established Yorkshire practice who are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their real estate department.

Ideally with at least 3 years PQE you will have excellent experience of carrying your own broad mix of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, development & planning work, leases, and sales and purchases.

The firm have a long tradition of providing top quality legal advice throughout the Yorkshire region. Although they are proud of their heritage and roots they do also act for national and international clients, as well as championing the Yorkshire market.

With modern offices and a progressive outlook the firm really do look after their own with plenty of opportunity to progress here with a number of home grown Partners and a real commitment to the development of their lawyers.

This role would be well suited perhaps to those with ties to the Hull region who perhaps have worked at a large national or international practice who don’t want to compromise on work quality but do want a better work-life balance, or those at a regional practice looking to take a step up to join a regional heavyweight.

Salary is highly competitive for the East Yorkshire market + Benefits. So if you live near Hull or York, this could be perfect location for you.
