THE ROLE:
A well-recognised organisation in the professional regulation field, this busy regulatory team are in need of an experienced paralegal to assist them for a period of approximately 12 weeks. Commencing as soon as possible, the talented Regulatory Paralegal will be assisting with the conduct of investigations into complaints against professionals in this specific field of work, and assisting with the enforcement of sanctions taken against those individuals. The work undertaken within this team includes interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements, reviewing evidential documents and analysing all findings from the investigation. An important element of this role is to play a part in ensuring cases are investigated and processed efficiently, fairly and professionally.

THE CANDIDATE:
As an experienced regulatory paralegal, it is expected that you will have approximately 2 years+ of experience within a similar regulatory role, ideally within another regulatory body but equally this may have been gained within the regulatory law department of a leading law firm. You will be highly organised, efficient and will have exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to gain the confidence of complainants and registrants alike. In order to commence this urgent role, you should be available to commence work at short notice and will have availability to commit to the role for the next 12weeks. It is possible that the successful Temporary Paralegal will also have the opportunity to be considered for a permanent role.
