A major construction business tasked with a high-profile, multi-billion dollar development. This company operates within a fast-paced environment, with a supportive working culture and a small team.

Your new role
This business-critical role reports into the Legal Director for the Construction team, acting as one of the points of contact for Construction law for the business. The position requires the negotiation and drafting for the full spectrum of building and trade contracts, warranties/third party rights, consultant appointments and all other associated documentation for construction. The role will advise on construction aspects of the developments and finance agreements, and in addition will handle contentious matters when they arise.

What you'll need to succeed
A 3+ PQE Construction solicitor with solid experience would work best. Stakeholder management experience is also crucial, so a confident, articulate and relatable individual is the profile of the ideal candidate.
