Commercial Property Solicitor/Senior Associate - Chesham, Buckinghamshire

Are you an experienced Commercial Property/Residential Development Solicitor looking to join a known law firm in Chesham, Buckinghamshire?

Joining a well regarded Legal 500 firm with a great reputation in the area, there is scope to join as either an Associate or Senior Associate within their commercial property department.

Your role will be to handle a busy caseload of commercial property matters and high-value residential development. This will include S106 Agreements, S38 Agreements, S278 Agreements, Development finance, Plots sale set up (freehold and leasehold) as well as leases, licenses to assign and licenses for alterations.

In addition, you'll play a key role in assisting in growing the commercial property department by developing new business. You'll oversee more junior members of the team, therefore supervisory experience would be beneficial.

You must be a qualified Commercial Property / Residential Development Solicitor likely at Associate or Senior Associate level with a competitor firm in Buckinghamshire or Hertfordshire looking for a fresh challenge where you can establish long term career roots. You'll have at least 6yrs+ PQE with specific experience of working with local and/or regional developer clients on all aspects of residential development matters including secured lending. In addition, experience with high value residential property matters would be advantageous.
